The public is now willing to forgive Toshiba executives for the $US1.2 billion scandal of inflating profits given the perfectly performed bow during a press conference display yesterday.

The chosen 30-degree body bend boasted a high degree of difficulty given the high profile of the players and the seriousness of the accusations, with the successful attempts delivering scores of no lower than 9.5 and a combined total of 9.83.

“They had impeccable starting positions showing strong remorse, and the take-off and flight were in perfect synchronization,” said one journalist.

“They stuck the entry and held it – looking down for at least three seconds – giving the media a chance to get that front cover money shot.”
