A businessman in his late forties caused massive delays to several Tokyo train lines this morning after selfishly ending his life by jumping in front of a moving train.
Many commuters were visibly upset about having to spend their time waiting for the disruption to be sorted out.
“Why can’t people do these kinds of things during off-peak times, like in the early afternoons at around 2 p.m.,” said one disgruntled commuter.
“I had a very important session of deleting emails from my inbox this morning for which I’m now going to be horribly late.”
The businessman’s family will be expected to pay excessive amounts of money to the train companies that have been affected by the man’s self-centeredness.
According to the train companies, there were at least fifteen trains that experienced delays of upwards of nine minutes.
