Softbank’s talking robots held a press conference this week announcing they will be running a new store in Tokyo.
The telecommunication company’s incredible progress in technological developments has however failed to extend to the understanding of locked phones.
The new robot team has so far been unable to assist its master phone company with the scientific quandary.
“We’ve had our best and brightest looking into the issue and we’ve released a report concluding that it’s just not achievable,” one Pepper told the audience.
‘The Pepper Phone Shop’ will open in March where customers will be able to sign up to new contracts, for phones incapable of being unlocked, served entirely by robot staff.
