An earthquake striking central Tokyo this morning, reaching a self-estimated 7.8 on the Richter scale, was actually public transport.
“Wait, can you feel that?” asked 28-year-old foreigner Penelope Bagley.
“Is that an earthquake?”
Bagley had made up her mind well before throwing the question out to her peers.
“That is definitely an earthquake,” said Bagely.
Today’s movement is the fifth earthquake this week, according to Bagley.
