Gaijin smash (n.)
A deed local citizens are prohibited from committing, but foreigners are given concession to carry out. The amount of gaijin smashes permitted per day varies depending on the region.
E.g. The foreigner used his second gaijin smash for the day parking his bicycle in front of a ‘no bicycle parking’ sign.
