LDP lawmaker Yoshitaka Sakurada addressed the problem of the nation’s shrinking population by giving birth to another pearl of wisdom.
“Women are failing as baby makers,” Sakurada told a gathering in Chiba Prefecture.
“Here I am donating my sperm on a monthly basis and what are single women doing? Nothing.”
Despite Sakurada’s advocacy for impregnating women, the government is still yet to tackle the lack of childcare and maternity leave support for women.
Prime Minister Shinzo Abe told reporters he has done a lot for women by inventing the term “womenomics”.
“Womenomics” has now entered its fourth year of stagnation, according to local experts.
