A family of tourists visiting Tokyo have been on the look out for cherries since arriving in Japan last week.
“I still haven’t spotted a single one yet,” says 56-year-old papa gaijin.
“Where are all these so-called cherries they speak of?”
Papa gaijin has posted several pictures of cherry blossom flowers on his Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts nearly every hour since stepping foot in Tokyo.
The Johnson family are scheduled to see another 15 temples and shrines over the next few days after visiting 27 since Wednesday.
Papa gaijin is still yet to discover any cherries or some decent cheese.
