Typhoon “No. 5” landed on the east coast of Japan during yesterday’s peak temperature of around 32 degrees Celsius and quickly lost the will to live.
The typhoon popped in and out of convenience stores throughout the Kanto region to get some relief from the heat but this just made the effort to go outside “that little bit more excruciating”.
Within about 3 seconds of venturing outside the typhoon was once again sweating up an absolute storm.
The typhoon eventually withered and died from overheating and severe heat exhaustion after barely blowing low-grade gale force winds for a few hours.
