A super typhoon is on track to arrive in Japan right at the beginning of a three-day weekend with zero prospect of effecting regular working hours.

“We are expecting ferocious winds with a high chance of no one missing work,” the Japan Meteorology Agency gladly reported today.

“We are very thankful that the divine winds have waited until the weekend.”

Most Japanese salarymen, despite the strong winds, will be going to work on Saturday anyway.
